【発送】

・上記発送時期はあくまで目安のため、発送時期ならびに商品の到着時期を確約するものではありません。

【個別ビデオ通話会に関する注意事項】
・個別ビデオ通話は30秒間です。
・個別ビデオ通話の実施時間は自動割当のため、お客様による時間指定はできません。
・通話にはスマートフォンが必要となります。PCでの通話参加はできませんのでご注意ください。
・通話には「Talkport」のアプリが必要です。個別ビデオ通話会当日までに、アプリのインストールとログインをしてご準備ください。
・アプリは最新バージョンにアップデートしておくことを推奨しております。
・通話中のフリーズを防ぐため、起動している他アプリを全て終了してから通話を開始してください。
・双方の通信状況はログ確認により常時モニタリングしております。
・下記禁止事項に抵触した場合、通話を強制終了させていただきます。
・Bluetoothイヤホンについてはご利用可能ではございますが、非推奨となります。
・カラオケ・漫画喫茶・会社などのwifiの場合、セキュリティの関係で実施ができない場合がございます。

【禁止事項】
- 通話のスクリーンショットや画面録画
- 本人ではない方の通話参加
- 複数名での通話参加
- その他、Talkport利用規約に抵触する行為

【その他注意事項】
・ご注文の際には必ず応募者本人の本名・メールアドレス・その他ご注文情報(住所等)をご記入ください。

구매 방법

판매 기간 중 “예약 진행” 버튼을 눌러 본 상품을 구매해 주십시오. 한 장 구매 시 30초의 개별 비디오 통화에 1회 참여할 수 있습니다. 고객 한 분당 멤버별로 최대 3회까지 참여 가능합니다.

배송

- 12월 초부터 순차적으로 발송 예정 (정확한 발송일 지정은 불가)
- 발송 시기 및 상품 도착 시기는 추정치로, 정확히 보장되지 않습니다.
- 이름과 배송지 주소는 반드시 일본어 또는 영어로 기재해 주세요.

- 개별 비디오 통화는 30초입니다.
- 통화 시간은 자동 할당되며, 고객이 시간을 지정할 수 없습니다.
- 통화 참여에는 스마트폰이 필요하며, PC에서는 참여할 수 없습니다.
- 통화에는 "Talkport" 앱이 필요합니다. 이벤트 당일까지 앱을 설치하고 로그인해 주세요.
- 앱은 최신 버전으로 업데이트하는 것을 권장합니다.
- 통화 중 중단을 방지하기 위해 다른 앱을 모두 종료 후 통화를 시작해 주세요.
- 양측의 통신 상태는 로그 확인을 통해 지속적으로 모니터링됩니다.
- 아래 금지 사항에 위반되는 경우, 통화가 강제 종료될 수 있습니다.
- 블루투스 이어폰은 사용 가능하나, 권장되지 않습니다.

금지 사항

- 통화 화면 캡처 및 화면 녹화

기타 주의사항

- A random design will be selected from six available designs. You cannot choose the design.
- Sales may end during the sales period if stock runs out.

How to Purchase

During the sales period, please purchase the product by clicking “Proceed to Reservation.” Each purchase grants one 30-second one-on-one video call session. Customers may participate up to three times per member.

Shipping

- Scheduled to ship from early December (delivery dates cannot be specified).
- Shipping and delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed.
- Please register your name and delivery address in Japanese or English.
- Once purchased, delivery address changes are not accepted.
- If there are any address errors, absences, or other issues that prevent delivery, the product will be appropriately disposed of after a certain period. No reshipment or refund will be issued.
- Multiple orders may be shipped together, but a single shipping fee will apply for each order.

Video Call Event Notes

- Each video call session lasts 30 seconds.
- Video call times are automatically allocated and cannot be specified by customers.
- A smartphone is required for video call participation; participation via PC is not available.
- The “Talkport” app is required. Please install and log in to the app before the event date.
- It is recommended to update the app to the latest version.
- To prevent freezing, please close all other apps before starting the call.
- Communication status is continuously monitored via log checks.
- Calls will be forcibly terminated if any prohibited actions are detected.
- Bluetooth earphones may be used but are not recommended.
- WiFi connections in locations such as karaoke rooms, internet cafes, or workplaces may prevent participation due to security restrictions.

Prohibited Actions

- Taking screenshots or screen recording the call
- Participation by someone other than the customer
- Participating with multiple people on the call
- Other actions in violation of Talkport’s Terms of Use

Additional Notes

- Please provide the purchaser's full name, email address, and other necessary order information (such as address) when placing your order.
- Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing.
- Customers deemed ineligible to participate in the video call event at the discretion of the event organizers may be disqualified from the event (qualification may be revoked).
- Sales may end or be extended without prior notice.
