・アプリは最新バージョンにアップデートしてください。
・通話中のフリーズ防止のため、起動中の他アプリを全て終了してから通話を開始してください。
・双方の通信状況はログ確認により常時モニタリングしております。
・ビデオコール開始前にご本人確認をさせていただく場合がございます。身分証をご用意の上ご参加ください。
・お客様側の都合・理由（通信・電波状況を含む）による、通話不参加、通話時間の短縮、その他トラブルや、禁止事項抵触による不利益に関しては、一切の責任を負いません。キャンセルや返金を含め、一切の補填を行いませんので予めご了承ください。

To prevent freezing during the call, please close all other running applications before starting the call.
The communication status between the two parties is constantly monitored by checking the logs.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before starting a video call. Please have your ID ready before participating in the call.
We will not be held responsible for any disadvantages caused by non-participation, shortened call time, other problems, or violations of prohibited items due to circumstances or reasons on the part of the customer (including communication and signal conditions). Please note that no compensation, including cancellations and refunds, will be provided.
If any of the following prohibited items are violated, the call will be forcibly terminated.
